Working with shortcuts

 

Apart from buttons and mouse clicks, you can also use shortcuts in the masks. It is especially the editing of lists and input masks which is facilitated by using shortcuts.

The following list contains the shortcuts you can use in the application as well as the related context in which they are used.

You can use the following shortcuts within the context of lists.

[ F5 ]

Updates the list

[ CTRL ] + [ A ]

List with checkboxes

Activates all checkboxes

[ CTRL ] + [ F ]

List with a global search

Navigates to the search field

[ CTRL ] + [ HOME ]

List

Jumps to the first list element

[ CTRL ] + [ END ]

List

Jumps to the last list element

[ CTRL ] + [ LEFT MOUSE KEY ]

List with checkboxes

Changes the current checkbox from activated to deactivated and vice versa

For this action, the cursor does not have to point at the checkbox but simply be in the line containing the checkbox.

[ SHIFT ] + [ LEFT MOUSE KEY ]

List with checkboxes

Changes checkboxes with range selection

[ ARROW UP ]

List with editing possibility

Navigates up to the previous list element and marks the element

[ ARROW DOWN ]

Navigates down to the next list element and marks the element

Jumps upwards by 10 list elements and marks the element

Discards the changes and switches to the view mode

Navigates to the first list element in the detailed view

[ CTRL ] + [ END ]

Navigates to the last list element in the detailed view

[ PAGE UP ]

Navigates to the previous list element in the detailed view
