Explanation
The status overview (menu ) displays the customer protocol HAC with all submissions for all your bank accesses with bank access, order type or business transaction, order number, status and last update.
You can only download the customer protocol for your own initialised bank accesses and for your user. The customer protocol contains the status messages for the customer to whom your user is assigned.
If there are new negative status messages and if you have activated the start page information New negative return messages in the status overview, a corresponding note will be displayed on the start page.
